File Transfer
We prefer files in their native format including all fonts and linked images. All files should include 1/8 inch bleed if image area exceeds crop. We accept files from InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. We can accept PDF files, but require colors, crop marks and bleeds to be correct.
Photoshop: Save files as .psd, .eps, .tif, or .jpg format. Try to avoid small text when using Photoshop. All text will be rasterized and will have a halftone dot edge when printed.
Illustrator: Save files as .ai, .eps, or .pdf format with all text converted to outlines.
Save images at 300 dpi. It’s best if you do the RGB-to-CMYK conversion of your images! When we receive RGB images, we convert to basic CMYK. We are not responsible for bad results if you furnish low-res or RGB images. Remember file formats like .jpg may affect the quality of your images.
