How do I send my artwork?
Artwork: Please send the highest quality artwork through our portal on our resources page.
Digital Files: Please label your files with track order and track name.

What are the artwork specifications for CD and DVD discs and cases?
We have downloadable artwork templates available on the resources page for specific product and packaging types.
If you cannot find an appropriate template for your packaging type, please contact us.
Can I add a barcode to my artwork?
If you plan on your media being sold in stores, please provide the appropriate barcode on your artwork or to be placed.
If you plan to utilize unique barcodes for accuracy in warehousing or tracking, please provide the appropriate barcodes on your artwork.
Can you sequentially number labels for packaging?
Sometimes this process is required for tracking purposes or membership. Yes, we can either supply the numbers for your packaging or we recommend the artwork you send is complete with sequential number ordering.
What is the difference between Duplication and Replication?
Duplication: Duplication is process by burning data from an original source onto a recordable media – USB, CD, DVD and BluRay. Quick turnaround: 2-3 days. We offer a variety of design, packaging and fulfillment needs.
Replication: Replication is a production process that replicates or clones your original master. A glass master is made from your original master. The glass master stamps a mirror-image on the selected media. For copy protection, a coating is spun onto the disc.

When will my USB duplication order ship?
Most orders are shipped in 2-4 business days, depending on additional services needed: packaging and fulfillment will take 5-10 business days. Express orders can be ready in as little as 24 hours on specific drives.
